Mayline was known as 'the Dog Lover', as she always adopted them from dog pounds. However, there was one pup that she found--in the wild. Read to see what happened next:
Mayline was running home when she heard a little whining sound from the bush. "What's that?" she thought, straining her eyes to see the darkness. Then suddenly, a bark erupted from the bush. Boy was Mayline scared! She fell back, and when she thought she was safe, something pounced on her...

The paw scraped her shoulder and pulled her back! She gasped for a breath. 'What was that?' Mayline asked herself. Mayline turned around, expecting to find Zenith Jules, the animal-lover, telling her to not get it but to her surprise she found a wild dog, licked her with sharp teeth showing. She screamed, only to find the sound echoeing back. The dog attempted to bite her but she lethargically moved to one side. Then the dog tried again and...

The dog tried again and slashed Mayline's face. Mayline stumbled back, in both shock and agony. She grabbed the dog, and ran with all her might. Then she threw the dog. the dog smashed into a tree trunk and collapsed, unconscious. Mayline opened her school bag, tossed the dog inside, and ran to the local pound, where she gave the heavy bag to the vet. The vet examined the dog, and said, "Ah, what a perfect dog!" And then he grinned nastily.

Suddenly, Mayline understood what the vet was going to do. Even though the dog had been slightly hurtful to her, she decided that she would save the dog. With all of her might, she threw an orange into the vet's surprised face and ran off with the dog back home.

The dog was in a sorry condition, but Mayline thought nothing of the dog's appearance. She wiped it up, bought it a kennel, gave it food and water until it was plump. She was satisfied with her pet dog, and named him Aggressively, because it was...well, aggressive. Everyone thought it was a perfect pet, except for the vet, Dr. Simmons.
So Mayline and the 'wild' dog lived happily ever after...well, except for the vet, whose face turned orange because of all the juice from the orange.
